Refund Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Subscriptions

Monthly platform and seat subscriptions (including Eklipse Copilot plans) can be cancelled at any time and stop billing at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, and access continues until that period ends.

Setup, onboarding, and build fees

Setup, onboarding, migration, and done-for-you build fees pay for work we perform and capacity we reserve. Once work has begun, these fees are non-refundable. If you cancel in writing before any work has started, we will refund the setup or build fee less any payment-processing costs incurred.

Usage charges

Usage-based charges (voice minutes, SMS, phone numbers, and similar pass-through costs) are billed for consumption that has already occurred and are non-refundable.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any error we made, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

Email growth@eklipsehq.com from the address on your account with your business name and the charge in question. We respond within two business days.
